This is a filter. You need $1,000 paid in advance to attend your meeting. You submit to a soft credit check and due diligence. At that meeting you have a decision to make. Move forward or fall back will be up to you. If you move forward you would need to create an escrow deposit of 5,000. The escrow means you haven’t spent it yet and it can be used for a deposit on a property or for a refund.

If at your first meeting you want to give us the green light to continue our services and assistance then you need to deposit $5,000 in escrow. Escrow means you are committed to purchasing a piece of paradise with us yet you want to take up to a year to learn your options and finalize the details.

You $5K deposit give you a trip to the property and a year to make choices of what will be built there on your behalf. If you decide later you are unable to continue you may apply for a refund of most of your escrow minus any costs that have incurred and restocking fee in your digital account.

At your first meeting you see opportunities at various prices. The minimum package is 25,000. This would be the lowest amount a person would need to participate. However that would be for a lot in paradise not a building. Buildings in tropical paradise gated communities range from 63K to 208K on average, with most price point in the $99K to 124K range.

Paradise is utopia

And as we know Utopia doesn’t exist. But when the word was first coined in a 500 year old book it was used for two meanings. One use of the word meant a Utopia in the mind and the other was in the world. While the mental imagination could reach utopia only part of that could stream into the world.
